and i guess my mind and heart aren't coordinating well

Shopping spree

Had a fruitful trip ytd from chinatown - old people's park. Wanted to get some essential oils only but ended up spending on clothes too. Very happy and satisfied as I bought the clothes quite similar to wad I had in mind. Din expect to find any clothes that I'd fancy cos last week went there but nothing much. Perhaps there were new arrivals. There wud be new stocks coming in by this weekend. Bought 2 tops and 2 bottoms, scarf and leggings again. And now am only left with getting a pair or maybe 2 pair of shoes. I was amazed by the shop which I had bought the essential oils from. I spent almost 5 hours there looking at their products. They have a whole lot of different range of organic products. The salespersons were very nice too, explaining the different kinds of uses and effects of the products. And the thing I liked about them is they don hard sell or giving you attitude jus bcos ur not buying anything from the shop.

TODAY AM SO AMAZED BY MY LOVELY FLINGY NANA TAN. Mac brekkie can make her change. Especially her McMuffin!!! Hahas. But she's still very nice ok.

This whole week got classes. Grrrr.

So so so monotonous

Arrgggh.

So mono till I simply got nothing to blog nowadays. Almost everyday after lunch head home straight. Last 2 days went to bugis & chinatown with Nana & Chimpy, hoping to spot some nice clothes for cny but fruitless. Ended up with belt, tights and some hair accessories only.

Last friday did a one-day job intro'ed by Yahui, with Nana, Chimpy & Darren. Only till then, I realised how terrible when there's language barrier. Each of us had to bring a small group of jap high sch students and tour ard chinatown and orchard. Nana & I combined group, so we were like bringing 17 of them to shop ard. It wasn't that easy, afraid that we wud lose anyone of them on the way. Mrt station with so many different exits can be good and bad. We wanted to get to some part of chinatown but 2 road idiots were left with 17 peeps at some unknown building. *panicked* Thot the stn exits cud help us but we took the wrong exit hence wasted quite some time. But luckily we managed to find the correct exit and get to our destination. Apart from the language barrier, I think it was kinda fun and interesting, a new experience thou.

Brand new 2007!

Am back. Hadn't been updating lately not bcos am lazy. Hahas. OK. Its part of the reason only laa. Am kinda busy too ok. Busy watching tv dramas and variety shows. LOL. Very addicted to tv lately. Bcos I was deprived from it when I was temping at Citibank. No life and no time can. And now I can finally watch all I wan.

Tuesday 9th.Jan
Sis & I wanted to trim our hair. Both of them trimmed their hair but I ended up had my hair cut. Initially was quite satisfied with it cos my ends were quite damaged and also a new image. But somehow am still not used to it laa. Its not tat cut till very short. Its still slightly longer than shoulder-length but I missed my length. Its not easy to keep till tat length. At least for me laa. When we got home, Daddy was kinda surprised tat 3 of us went out tgt. Rare sight huh. Hahas. I told him, ya we took the wrong medicine today.

Monday 8th.Jan
Back to school. First day of sch. Same old environment with many many new faces. BUT am so glad I still got my flingy & chimpy ard.


After hearing all the raves bout the movie - Night at the Museum, finally had a chance to catch it with my sis. Went to meet her after her lessons and had pastamania. It was our lucky day! So coincidentally we saw our aunt @ GV TM, and she gave us 2 complimentary tix. I really loved the movie. It was hilarious.

Wed 3rd.Jan
Planned to go MOS with sis, yvonne & co. but after all the dilly-dallying. The guys wanted to go Momo. And know wad. The girls gave in ok. Tat nite was kinda turn-off bcos of tat particular sissy boy. Anyway, we left after awhile and went pubbing without the guys. The later part of the nite was so much better. Crazed till early 6am.




Monday 1st.Jan
Had family gathering with my relatives @ The Chevrons. It was also to celebrate my uncle's birthday. Cousie booked 2 ktv rooms @ the Aviary KTV Lounge. KTV-ed for almost 7hrs.

Last day at work!
Intan let us knock off early again. wOo~
She was kinda irritating again.
Firstly, she asked Joce & me if today is really the last day
she will be seeing us and asked wanna extend another week.
Then she said, easy money right?
(true la. we practically sat in the office doing nothing for the past 3 days)
The irritating part was, after tat statement she very quickly commented,
we shud really take a break and do some shopping.
And she added, though the CCU unit wont be ard in future,
but we still can look for her if we wan any vacation job
and she will find other dept to fit us in.
Wad the?! Say so much rubbish for goodness sake?!
Ain't she irritating?!
Anyway, we really don intend to.
She was nice enough to keep us till the end of the quarter alr.
Officially jobless now but enjoying the holidays.
And the next thing is maybe some shopping?
Everywhere is having sales. Omg.
Post-christmas sales.year-end sales.crazy sales blah blah blah...
Joce told me sth like, mus faster grab the good deals now
else nex year GST increase to 7% lugi. Don u agree? hahas.


Finally! Death Note 2 is out. *excited*
Cant wait to see 'L'. He's soooo cute laa.

Slow-moving day at work

Im very very very bored at work! *screams*
The ccu team from m'sia are here for training for 2 days.
Jo is training them while Nita is supervising.
Means Nita can see wadeva we are doing at our desks.
I cant watch youtube!! I still thot I cud watch 2 epi of goong.
Not to mention surfing the net. (she's at her desk now so im here for awhile).
I can only kill time with sudoku and more sudoku.
But ytd was really great. Only Jo, Joce, Elaine & me in the office.
We din do nor hav any work to be done. Own time own target.
It felt like those sec sch days after our final exams, we cud do wadeva we wan.
Darn shiok can. Wahahahah.
Tried Yami yogurt for the 1st time ytd. I think its the only yogurt I wud eat.
It doesn't hav the milky taste and its my fave Strawberry flavour!
Im still very bored. Grrr~

Rainy days go away

Merry Christmas.

It has been a rainy christmas.
I seriously don like rainy days when I've to step outta house.

Super pissed off this morning.
Reached office ard 850am but noone in sight.
Joce and I happily waited in the office till 9plus
but still noone come in.
This is so weird. Even the early bird Jane has not come in yet.
And guess wad?! Elaine told us tat everyone is on leave today!
Called Nita and she simply said she forgot to tell us not to come today.
Wad the?! I could hav stayed home and sleep my rainy morning away
rather than getting my lazy arse outta bed early morning and caught in the rain.
Wasted my time travelling to and fro and to make my day worst
it was raining heavily when we were about to leave the office.
Argh. Jus not my day.

Longgg weekends

Great. No work today.
Linda, Jane & Jo have to clear their leave so nobody will be in the office
hence the temps need not go to work neither.
We managed to finish all the surveys before lunch ytd.
The department manager was superbly good.
She gave us a treat @ Waraku (japanese food) with a 2-hr lunch break
and let us knock off at 430pm but our timesheets can sign out as 630pm.
She's never been so nice before!
Ytd supposed to be our last day since there's nothing for the temps to do
but we were given a choice whether we wanna extend till 29th.
Initially Joce & I decided not to extend bcos the manager
kept emphasizing tat we are done for the quarter but if we really wanna stay
she'll try to look for something for us to do.
Isn't it so obvious tat she's asking for the sake of asking
but lata she asked again. Weird.
Since she's willing to let us stay so why not?! hahas.
And when we decided to stay, she asked when do we wanna come back to work.
We can actually choose to come back on next tue or wed. Duh!
Of cos tuesday laa. Extra pocket money. Why don wan?!
