Got this sudden mood to bake cookies during the weekends
hence bought the ingredients few days back.
Everything was okie until the part when the first round cookies were taken out from the oven. It was my first time baking the mixture with the mini paper cases instead on the baking tray itself. AND it was bad. I overestimated the amount in each paper case. PLUS i din realise that i used self-raising flour. And i still add baking powder. The cookie rised double. It seems more like a cupcake rather than cookie. The top part was ok but the lower half was a'lil too soft for cookie and too hard for cupcake. Well, i tried adding lesser mixture for the second try. But still it rised too much laa.
In the end, I gave up on using the mini paper cases. ARGH.
Overall still quite successful except tat mommy said its a'lil too sweet.
